The next two weeks I'll be off to Sweden (Trelleborg) and Denmark (Copenhagen) visiting friends of mine. I really want to try their food (but no fish, please) so if you know Danish/Swedish food tell me what I should check out. I'm certainly going to drink a lot of cider and Faxe Kondi.
